The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing. A little of of old town but super close to transit so was very convenient to all tourist activities.

When we hung the placard on the door to make up the room, although the bed was made, towels were still on the floor, no additional coffee or tea was provided, and the coffee cups were left unwashed. This was totally unacceptable. Also the terrace was available to those buying overpriced breakfast. Our bathroom sink didn't drain, the sink had a bar that was ready to fall apart as did the hangers. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Excellent in all aspects.

Great location with brilliant transport links. The bedroom was spacious and the bathroom was brilliant. The breakfast had lots of choice and really set us up for busy days sight seeing.

Great modern hotel, good amenities and lovely location!
